You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts and permitted to use the service in your location. One account per person is allowed unless ClickToEarn explicitly approves another arrangement.

You must provide accurate information and keep it current. Access to particular earning, advertising, marketplace or payment features may depend on country, account type, verification and risk review.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use.

Rewards are credited for genuine, verified activity. Rewards obtained through fraud, bots, or abuse may be reversed and accounts suspended.

Balances reflect verified activity. Withdrawals are subject to verification, minimum thresholds and security review. We may hold or reverse funds linked to fraud.

Advertisers must own or be authorized to promote the submitted destination and comply with platform, network and legal standards. Campaign descriptions, targeting, rewards and proof requirements must be accurate.

Invalid traffic, automated activity, misleading promotions and prohibited content may be rejected, paused or removed. Budget and reward adjustments follow the status and review rules shown in the campaign lifecycle.

Sellers must describe scope, price, delivery time, revisions and requirements accurately. Buyers must provide lawful instructions and cooperate with delivery and review milestones.

Orders may use protected payment or escrow states and remain subject to cancellation, revision and dispute procedures. A displayed seller level or review does not guarantee a particular future result.

No fraud, multi-accounting, automated abuse, illegal content, or attempts to manipulate the reward economy.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create unacceptable security or legal risk, or misuse platform features. Where appropriate, the account interface or support process will explain available review steps.

You may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to unresolved orders, disputes, balances and retention obligations.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, ClickToEarn is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
